What Demolition & Cleanup Looks Like With Go Pro Works
Demolition is the phase where schedules slip and budgets break. Go Pro Works runs it as a controlled process: pre-demo walkthrough, utility disconnect verification, protection of surfaces that stay, sequenced teardown, and continuous debris management so the site never becomes a bottleneck.
For tenant improvements and remodels we perform selective demolition — removing walls, ceilings, flooring, fixtures, casework and MEP rough-ins while protecting structure, adjacent suites and finishes that remain. For full teardowns we bring the right equipment for the footprint, from mini-excavators in tight residential lots to larger machines for warehouses, barns, and detached commercial structures.
Cleanup is not an afterthought. Loads are separated where practical so concrete, metal, and clean wood are recycled instead of landfilled, which lowers disposal cost and supports your project's diversion reporting. We finish with a broom-clean or graded surface, not a pile for someone else to deal with.
Every job is walked with you before we mobilize so the scope, the protected items, the dump plan and the finish condition are agreed in writing. Concrete, asphalt, slabs, foundations, decks, sheds, mobile homes, fire-damaged structures and partial roof removals are all in scope.
