What Junk & Debris Removal Looks Like With Go Pro Works

Junk removal is really about time. A cluttered suite can't be shown, a debris-filled site can't pass inspection, and a garage full of decades of storage will never get emptied on weekends. Go Pro Works brings the truck, the crew, and the disposal accounts so the problem is handled in a single visit.

We do the labor. Nothing needs to be dragged to the curb, staged in a pile, or broken down in advance — our crew carries it out of basements, upper floors, attics, storage units and back lots, protecting floors, elevators and door frames along the way.

Typical loads include construction and remodel debris, drywall and lumber, roofing tear-off, furniture, appliances, mattresses, e-waste, office equipment, retail fixtures, yard waste, hoarding and estate cleanouts, tenant abandonment, illegal dumping on commercial property, and post-eviction clearing.

Material is sorted for donation, recycling, and proper disposal, with e-waste and appliances routed to the correct facility rather than a landfill. Same-week service is standard and emergency turnarounds are available when a property needs to be clean before a showing, inspection, or turnover.

Who this is for

  • Property managers turning over units fast
  • Contractors clearing debris between phases
  • Realtors prepping listings for photos and showings
  • Homeowners downsizing or clearing an estate
  • Retail, office, and warehouse decommissioning

Frequently asked questions

What can and cannot be included in a junk removal load?
We take furniture, appliances, mattresses, e-waste, yard debris, construction scrap, garage and storage-unit contents, and general household clutter. We cannot legally transport hazardous waste such as wet paint, solvents, fuel, asbestos, or medical waste, but we will point you to the right local drop-off for those items.
How fast can you get the debris removed?
Most single-truck jobs are completed in one to three hours the same day or next business day. Full property cleanouts, hoarding situations, and multi-load construction debris are scheduled over one to three days depending on volume and access.
How do you price a load and what happens to the material?
Pricing is based on the volume your material occupies in the truck plus any special disposal fees for mattresses, tires, appliances, or e-waste. Anything reusable is donated where possible, metals and cardboard are recycled, and the remainder goes to a licensed transfer station.
What should I do to prepare for the crew?
Separate keep items from go items and, if you can, stage the go items in one area such as a garage or driveway. Clear a parking spot for a truck and trailer, unlock gates, and let us know about stairs, elevators, HOA hours, or dock rules so we can bring the right crew size.
Do I need to be on site during the removal?
No. Many owners, agents, and property managers walk the site with us or send photos, approve the price, and let us work with lockbox or gate-code access. We send before-and-after photos when we finish so you can confirm the property is clear.
