How the process works

We locate the lid or risers, hand-dig where needed, and clear brush or debris blocking truck access to the tank.
3. Pump and clean out
Liquid, solids, and the scum layer are removed so the tank is genuinely cleaned out — not skimmed off the top.
4. Inspect and report
We check condition of the lids, baffles, and inlet and outlet while the tank is empty, and tell you plainly if something needs a licensed septic contractor or engineer.
5. Dispose and document
Waste goes to an approved disposal facility and you get a record of the service plus a recommended interval for the next pump-out.
